Pick-Up Service
Our pick-up service is affordable and fast. We offer a typical 24 to 48 hour turn around for all but the most stubborn computers. It's the perfect budget option for someone who doesn't need their PC to be fixed right away and is still looking for excellent service.
In-Home Service
For those who need their computers fixed in a jiff, we offer an in-home service. A technician will come to your house and fix your computer as quickly as possible. Because the technician is on site, they will be able to explain step-by-step what went wrong, and how to prevent it in the future. Some services may require additional trips to the home, and these are provided at no additional charge.
Small Business
Small business owners need look no further. Our hourly rate is very competitive and comes with a satisfaction guarantee. We can take care of you no matter what the need. Please contact us to receive a quote for whatever task you have in mind.
There is a minimum two hour charge for all business services.
The prices quoted here are what we actually charge. We don't tack on any hidden fees or taxes like other operations try to do. The only exception is when a repair requires a hardware replacement. There will be an additional charge to cover the cost of the hardware and tax. If you have your own replacement hardware there is no replacement charge.
